At Greyston, we bake with purpose — and we want every gift you send and every brownie you enjoy to arrive just right. Because we work with fresh, perishable products, our policies are designed to keep your treats safe while making sure you’re supported every step of the way.

❤️ If Something Isn’t Right, We’ll Make It Right

Your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, we’re here to help.

Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can quickly take care of it.

We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund as needed — no hassle, no stress.

🍪 Because Our Treats Are Fresh & Perishable

All our brownies and blondies are baked fresh and shipped directly from our bakery.
This means we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped — but we can solve any problems related to damage or errors.

We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain quality and food safety.

🚚 Shipping Delays & Address Issues

We do everything we can to ship on time, especially during the busy holiday season.

However, we are not able to issue refunds for:

  • Carrier delays (UPS/USPS)

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we’re happy to reship it — but you will have to cover the related cost.

We hope you love every bite — but because taste is personal, we’re not able to offer refunds based on flavor preferences.

November–December is our busiest time of year.
To make sure your gifts arrive on time, we recommend ordering early.
We’ll always do our best, but carrier volume can affect delivery windows.
